Q: "How do I know if my item is in stock and my order has been confirmed?"
A: The stock status of the item will be displayed on the product page itself. However, if the item runs out of stock when your order is received, we will inform you via email immediately.
You can either select another item, or wait for the item to be re-stocked or cancel the order for the item. The refund amount will be credited back to you.
An confirmation email with an order number will be sent to you once you confirm your order online.
Q: "How can I pay for my order?"
A: For local customers, you may pay for your order through Internet Banking, ATM transfer or Cash-On-Delivery. For international customers, you may pay for your order via Paypal transfer. For these payment methods, please email us your order and we will provide the information to complete the order.
Q: "How soon can I receive my order?"
A: We would want you to have your new clothes as soon as possible, thus we always aim to send your order upon receipt.
For local customers, your orders will be dispatched within 2 days upon receipt.
For international customers, your orders may take 5-15 days to reach, depending on your location.
Q: "How will my order be delivered/shipped to me?"
A: For local customers, your orders will be delivered via a courier service. The delivery service is from Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.00pm.
For international customers, we will ship the items to you via Air Parcel or Speedpost Worldwide Courier Service.
Q: "How can I know the status for my order?"
A: We will update you on your order status via email. However, if you do not receive the order status email from us, you can always email us for the status of your order. Please quote the order number for easy reference
Q: "What size should I choose?"
A: We have designed our clothings to fit and grow with you from the early weeks of pregnancy all the way to after delivery. Do refer to our Sizing Chart in order to have that perfect fit for you. Please contact us if you need more advise on the sizing.
Q: "I am a plus-size. Do your clothings fit me?"
A: Our clothings are designed and cut slightly larger, so it caters to larger size ladies. Do refer to our sizing chart for your size. However, if you are unable to find your size in our sizing chart, we will be more than glad to assist you.
Do contact us for our custom-size clothings. The custom-size clothings are subjected to the availability of colour and fabrics.
Q: "What if I changed my mind and want to change my ordered item?
A: You must contact us within 24hrs of your online purchase via email and we will change the item before delivering to you.
Q: What if I had ordered the wrong size online after payment or that the size of the purchased item does not fit me upon trying?"
A: If the item had been delivered to you, SimpleWonder will still allow a one-to-one exchange of your ordered item within a 03 working days period provided that the item has not been washed or have any damage upon the item.
Please note that delivery/shipping charges are not refundable and additional shipping charges may be applicable.

Q: "Can I return or refund an item?"
A: We hope that you will love your new clothes, but we are sorry that refund of items cannot be accomodated. However, if we ever do send you an incorrect item, we will send you the correct item and collect back the wrong item at no extra charge.

Q: "What if I find the cut of the item unfitting in some areas?"
A: We want our clothes to fit and flatter you. However, we also recognize that not every woman's body shape is the same. Thus, we do provide alteration services at a small fee. This service is only applicable for local customers. Contact us for more details.
Q: "I love your dresses but I am not pregnant. Can I still wear them?"
A: Of course! We put that extra thought into designing our clothings such that they not only grow with you in the different stages of your pregnancy, but they will still fit and flatter you even after you have delivered. So even if you are not pregnant, you can still wear our clothings.

Q: "How can I wash the wrap dresses and tops in the washing machine without getting the wrap tie tangled up?"
A: Though our apparels are all machine washable, a little care should be taken into consideration when washing our apparels in order to maintain the shape and fabric in tip top condition.
Besides following the care instructions on the labels, we would recommend that you place the apparels into laundry bags for wash in the washing machine. This would reduce the tangling, and it would protect your apparels from getting stretched out of shape.
