There shall be no cancellation of order once the order has been processed and payment has been made.

All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars.

For international customers, we will ship the items to you via Speedpost Air Parcel Or Speedpost Worldwide Courier Service. Please contact us for the shipping fees and duration to your country.
6. SIZING
Refer to our sizing chart for the correct size before ordering.
7. ALTERATIONS
To ensure that our clothes fit you well, we provide alteration services for our local Singapore customers at a small fee. Receipt is required as proof of purchase.

We can include a personalized card if you are purchasing our items as a gift. Simply include your request in your email when you order.
9. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We are sorry that refund of items cannot be accepted. We will ensure all our items are delivered sealed and in good condition before we deliver to you.
However, we will accept returns and refunds in the following conditions:
Refunds shall be made in the same mode of payment used by the customer on the same order.
For return of delivered items which does not adhere to any of the above conditions, customers are then required to pay for the additional incurred delivery or shipping charges.
10. EXCHANGE POLICY
If you would like to change your items, or that a wrong item or size has been ordered, we would gladly exchange the item for you.
You can contact us within 24hrs of your online purchase via email and we will change the item before delivering to you.
If the item had been delivered to you, SimpleWonder will still allow a one-time one-to-one exchange of your ordered item within 03 days upon date of receipt, subjected to the following terms and conditions:

5.1. Local Customers
- 5.1.1 Courier Service
- For purchases of S$150 and above, delivery to Singapore addresses will be free of charge.
- For purchases below S$150, a flat rate of S$12 delivery charge will apply.
- To guarantee delivery, do provide a proper and complete address so that we can make one delivery charge per delivery address. A day phone number is required in case we need to contact you.
- In the event where the delivery fails, a fee of $12 will be charged again for re-delivery.
- The delivery person will contact you to arrange the delivery timing.
- The delivery service is available on Monday-Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm.
- 5.1.2 Postal Mail Service
- Our shipping and handling fee for local orders via local mail service is as follow:
- Local Mail Rates = SGD$3.00
- Registered Mail = SGD$6.00
- Orders will be mailed to you once the payment has been verified and received.
- For Internet Banking & ATM Transfer only.
- Applicable for purchases below $150 and up to 2kg.
- Excludes purchase of Sealer diapers.
- SimpleWonder will not be responsible for any lost packages that are sent via Non-Registered Mail.

- Please note that we do not reimburse nor refund any shipping and handling costs on returned merchandise.
- Please note that SimpleWonder is not liable for any lost or damage of your package. It is therefore crucial to send your package via a shipping method that has adequate tracking capability.
- Item(s) returned for exchange to a different size or colour is subjected to availability. If the item(s) you have requested is sold out or no longer available, we will offer you an alternative - exchange for any other item(s) of the same or lesser value. We do not refund the difference.
